COVID-19
As you know, there are constant developments in the COVID-19 situation. During these uncertain times, I would like to reassure you that we are closely following all recommendations from the FDA and taking every safe food handling measure possible.

Please know that I have been certified in the Servsafe safe food handling program for 15 years and am well versed in measures designed to prevent the spread of disease in a kitchen environment. Personal hygiene measures that have been recommended to prevent contamination are standard practice for experienced chefs.

At this time the FDA has stated with confidence that there is no evidence to support that COVID-19 can be spread through food. Rest assured that I will always immediately wash and sanitize my hands and sanitize all surfaces regularly.
